My tracking number isn't showing any updates.
Tracking numbers can take 2-5 business days to show the first scan after being assigned. This is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost — it simply means the carrier hasn't scanned it at the first checkpoint yet. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it right away.
I want to cancel my order and get a refund.
We're sorry to hear that. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at info@wakestrike.com and we'll process a full refund within 24-48 hours, no questions asked. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it after delivery for a full refund within 30 days — just email us first so we can set it up for you. We want you to be 100% happy.
How long does shipping actually take?
Under normal circumstances, orders ship within 2-4 business days and delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Due to our viral launch, initial processing times have been slightly longer than usual as we scale our operations. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are standard. You'll be able to track your package every step of the way.

Wake Strike lets you record any custom alarm sound using the built-in microphone — set it to literally any voice or sound you want. We're currently finalizing a dedicated setup page with free downloadable alarm voices and step-by-step video instructions. It'll be available very soon and we'll send you the link by email as soon as it's live! In the meantime, you can play any audio from your phone speaker, hold it close to the microphone on the front of the unit, and press and hold the record button.

If you completed checkout successfully, your order is in our system. Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at info@wakestrike.com with your full name and we'll confirm your order status within 24 hours.

Locate the Microphone
Look at the bottom of your Wake Strike — you'll see the microphone clearly visible on the unit. This is where the sound gets picked up, so everything in the next steps will be aimed right at this spot.
💡 Take a moment to find it before you start recording. It's on the bottom of the unit — knowing exactly where it is will help you get the best sound quality.

Set Your Phone Volume to Maximum
Before recording, turn your phone volume all the way up to 100%. This is important — the louder the audio playing from your phone, the louder and clearer your custom alarm will sound.
💡 For best results, record in a quiet room with no background noise. This makes a big difference in how clean your alarm sounds.

Record Your Custom Alarm
Place your phone's speaker a few inches away from the Wake Strike microphone. Press and hold the record button on your Wake Strike to start recording, then play the audio from your phone. When the audio is done, release the record button to stop recording.
💡 Position your phone speaker a few inches from the microphone — too close can cause distortion, too far will sound quiet. Test different distances and re-record until it sounds right. Don't worry if it's not perfect on the first try, you can re-record as many times as you want.

Preview Your Recording
Press and hold the play button on your Wake Strike to hear a preview of what you just recorded. If it sounds good, you're almost done! If it's too quiet or unclear, just repeat step 4 — you can re-record as many times as you want until it's perfect.

Activate Your Custom Alarm
Flip the switch on the back of your Wake Strike to toggle from the default alarm tone to your custom recording. That's it — you're all set! Next time your alarm goes off, it'll play your custom voice. Grab the gun and shoot the target to turn it off.
🎉 You can switch back to the default alarm anytime by flipping the switch back. And you can record a new custom voice whenever you want — switch it up as often as you like!
